Keep fit classes for seniors run by Peter Croft, a qualified and experienced fitness instructor, this friendly group aims to help you regain and maintain your fitness levels. From beginners to more experienced users, you are encouraged to take each class at your own pace.

The cost is £5 per session, payable at the door.
