Ashington Community Centre Trust ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025
is on Wednesday 28th May at 7.30pm
The meeting will be held in the Small Hall of the Community Centre
Nominations are invited for trustees to join the Board of Trustees for 2025/2026.
The Trust is independent and is run by volunteers.
If you have an interest in the work of the Trust this is your opportunity to get involved and help the village.
Nominations are also invited for the offices of:
Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer
Trustee and Officer nomination forms may be obtained from the Secretary – nominations to be received by 23rd May.
Any questions to be asked of the trustees at the AGM are required in advance please – questions to be received by 26th May.
If you wish to attend the AGM, please contact the Secretary who will send you a ballot paper – ballot papers to be received by 26th May.
The Trust holds the Recreation Ground, Community Centre, Scout Hall, Sports Pavilion, Youth Club, Multi Sports Court, under 12s play area, and One Acre Field in trust for the people of Ashington.
If you live in Ashington, these assets are owned by you and your neighbours. The Trust is independent and is run by volunteers. If you have an interest in the work of the Trust, this is your opportunity to find out more or get involved.
